N\u011bkdo m\u00e1 \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed, \u017ee takovou chatu zd\u011bdil, jin\u00fd si ji t\u0159eba dok\u00e1zal koupit. Ale co ti, kte\u0159\u00ed n\u011bco podobn\u00e9ho st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b nevlastn\u00ed, a\u010d by cht\u011bli? T\u011bm lze jedin\u011b doporu\u010dit, aby ud\u011blali v\u0161echno pro po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed si podobn\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed nemovitosti, a to co nejd\u0159\u00edve. Jen\u017ee co ty ceny? Tolik pen\u011bz p\u0159ece ned\u00e1 norm\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk jenom tak dohromady! A kdo nem\u00e1 velk\u00e9 pen\u00edze, ten si \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd objekt k rekreaci nekoup\u00ed. Nebo snad navzdory tomu koup\u00ed?Bu\u010fte uji\u0161t\u011bni, \u017ee i n\u011bkdo takov\u00fd si n\u011bco podobn\u00e9ho dovolit m\u016f\u017ee. Pokud m\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edjmy, z nich\u017e by se to dalo splatit, a pokud m\u00e1 n\u011bjak\u00fd nemovit\u00fd majetek, kter\u00fdm by mohl ru\u010dit, m\u016f\u017ee to za n\u011bj vy\u0159e\u0161it hypot\u00e9ka na rekrea\u010dn\u00ed objekt.
